Chef Julie Parrick is a seasoned culinary professional, artisan baker, and accomplished caterer with 25 years of experience creating exceptional food from scratch.

 

A lifelong baker with a passion for craftsmanship and hospitality, Julie has built her career around thoughtful cuisine, beautiful presentation, and food that brings people together.Based on Whidbey Island, Washington, Julie is the owner of Julie’s Catering Company, specializing in custom catering for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events and weddings. Since launching her catering career in 2000, she has successfully executed events serving as many as 1,000 guests, bringing creativity, precision, and a warm, personal touch to every occasion.

 

Julie began baking at a very young age, developing an appreciation early on for the artistry, patience, and attention to detail that exceptional baking requires. Over the past 25 years, that early passion has evolved into a distinguished career spanning professional baking, catering, menu development, event production, and culinary management.

 

Julie currently serves as Executive Chef at Coffee at Dawn in Langley, Washington, where she works alongside Dawn Pinaud in menu development and all things food.
