Saigon Cinnamon & Honey, Coffee Condiment

Ingredients: Freshly ground superfood spices - Saigon Cinnamon & Crystallized Honey.

Tasting Notes: Saigon cinnamon is the hottest of all the cinnamons but it's perfect in coffee drinks and cookies. Notice the warmth with a hint of sweetness from the crystallized honey.

Uses: Sprinkle on a cappuccino or latte, cinnamon toast, yogurt, granola, and oatmeal.  Apple pie is amazing when sprinkled with this spice just prior to baking.  

All spices are freshly ground and sourced by the Master of Spices, Lior Lev Sercarz, La Boite NY.  If you see little dark specks those are spices. Over-grinding can cause loss of essential oils.
