A Coffee-Preneur, Always Creating

I am always looking for ways to upgrade or elevate the coffee experience. After 30+ yrs in the business of 'Specialty Coffee' my focus on maintaining quality has not wavered. Good Spyc was born out a love for freshly ground spices similar to freshly ground coffee both are well worth the effort. The purist in me always says,"don't mess with my black Americano", but I do like Saigon Cinnamon and raw Turbinado Sugar on top of a cappuccino. Coffee people are not normal. I know I'm not alone here. I soon realized that spices are amazing superfoods with anti-inflammatory properties especially Turmeric which I added to a custom blend in the Golden Sun Masala (Coffee Condiment) which are artisan blends without sugar. The line includes Urfa Chili Chocolate with Orange Blossom, Saigon Cinnamon & Honey and Chai Super-Power.

The 'Coffee Rimmers' are a fun way to use bartenders' techniques to rim a cocktail. The Saigon Cinnamon & Crystallized Honey came first and the Coffee-Preneur in me is now dreaming about more.
