These French classics are taken to the next level literally! Our extra large Madeleines cakes were never a cookie but a buttery aromatic sponge-type cake. Ingredients are also next level using the finest ingredients, including pastry chef's favorite butter, European dark chocolate, and a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla.
