Finally, I found the giant Madeleine cakes that I saw in Paris 10 yrs. ago. These are super-sized measuring 3" x 5". They are tender, highly aromatic, and with the best ingredients. We started with organic flour, cane sugar, European-style butter, Euro chocolate, Madagascar & Tahitian Vanilla from (Sonoma Syrups), baking powder, and sea salt.
